Britt Scripps Inn is a Victorian-style boutique hotel located in the heart of historic Bankers Hill, overlooking downtown San Diego, and approximately two miles east of San Diego International Airport. The inn is a short walk from famed Balboa Park and near the world-famous San Diego Zoo, trendy Hillcrest, and the historic Gaslamp Quarter. Sea World and the beaches of San Diego are a short drive away. The house's amenities include the fresh-cooked breakfast of homemade breads, pastries, orange juice, and coffee in the dining room or out on the wrap-around porch. Every afternoon wine and artisan cheeses are served in the parlor. The house also has available games, a hand-carved oak staircase, two-story original stained-glass window wall, and a vintage Steinway piano.
